How do I place an order for skirts?
Visit our Order page and complete the Order Form. Alternatively, send an email with your order details to the following email address: info@elephantsinvogue.com.auHow do I place an order for tops and bibs?
Email us at info@elephantsinvogue.com.au with your Order details. Include all relevant sizes, quantity details and the pantone colours. We will then contact you to discuss and confirm order. Note that when ordering tops, there is a minimum quantity of 8.How do I know what size I am?
Visit our Skirt or Top page, and refer to the size/measurement charts to determine appropriate sizing.How should the garment be washed?
Detailed washing instructions are located on each of our garments and recommend washing in cold water (not mixing colours) and line dry. Bleaching, dry cleaning and ironing is NOT suitable. Fading will occur if dried in direct sunlight.What is the Refund/Exchange policy?
Garments can be exchanged/refunded within 10 business days of delivery in the event of incorrect size, faulty workmanship or not as ordered. Please note you will not be able to receive a refund or exchange if you change your mind or the garment has been worn.How do I make payment for a skirt?
Payments are only accepted via Electronic Funds Transfer into our nominated bank account. Ensure that the Order Reference number provided in the confirmation email is included in the ‘description’ section of the Electronic Funds Transfer.How do I make payment for tops or bibs?
Once your order has been confirmed we will send you an invoice with relevant paying details.How long will it take for me to receive my skirt?
Products will be posted within 2 business days of the receipt of payment into Elephants In Vogue bank account. Elephants In Vogue ship within Australia via Australia Post using Parcel Post. There is an additional option for Registered Mail if required.Elephants In Vogue is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by Australia Post.
How long will it take for me to receive my tops or bibs?
As these products are custom made it will take 4 - 6 weeks for manufacture and delivery. Elephants In Vogue ship within Australia via Australia Post using Parcel Post. There is an additional option for Registered Mail if required.Elephants In Vogue is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by Australia Post.
